Les signataires s\u2019engagent \u00e0 adopter des pratiques commerciales \u00e9thiques afin de renforcer la confiance et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 immobilier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Points cl\u00e9s de la charte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Garantie d\u2019ach\u00e8vement et de remboursement:<\/strong> Transparence totale concernant les garanties d\u2019ach\u00e8vement et de remboursement en cas d\u2019insolvabilit\u00e9 du promoteur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Garanties d\u00e9cennale et biennale:<\/strong> Mise \u00e0 disposition de la garantie d\u00e9cennale l\u00e9gale pour les ouvrages majeurs et de la garantie biennale pour les travaux mineurs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparence et respect des d\u00e9lais d\u2019ach\u00e8vement:<\/strong> D\u00e9finition de d\u00e9lais clairs pour le d\u00e9but et la fin des travaux, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une information r\u00e9guli\u00e8re aux clients sur l\u2019avancement du projet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparence des prix:<\/strong> Informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es et claires sur les prix de vente, y compris les taux de TVA appliqu\u00e9s et les \u00e9ventuelles indexations des prix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bien que ces pratiques soient en grande partie d\u00e9j\u00e0 impos\u00e9es par la loi et que nous, chez <strong>Arend &amp; Fischbach<\/strong>, respections ces standards avant m\u00eame la signature de la charte, cette d\u00e9marche r\u00e9affirme notre engagement envers une transparence et une qualit\u00e9 maximales pour nos clients.
